These soft to touch Hand Therapy Gel Balls are colour coded to provide variable resistance training for hands, fingers and forearms.

The balls are pleasant to touch and quickly return to their original shape after each squeeze. They are easy to clean, making them perfect for use in a multi-user environment such as a clinic or hospital, as well as at home.

There are five resistance strengths to choose from:

  • Pink extra soft
  • Blue soft
  • Green medium
  • Orange firm
  • Black extra firm
